The Beginning of it ALl
My name is Joseph Murray and I am a Photographer focused within South Jersey. Digital Imageries Photography has been around since 2020, but my passion for photography has been around for a much longer time. As a kid my father was always the family photographer and I can remember him taking photos whenever the opportunity was available. He wasn’t the only photographer in the family though as I would come to find out that his aunt was also a photographer who had her own business. While I was not ready for trying out his gear, nor was I the most careful as a kid, I was introduced to one of Kodak’s disposable film cameras which you could say began my small steps into the world of photography. During my early school years I was really interested in drawling and one thing I would typically do is look at a photo and try to recreate that via pencil. While in high school I ventured off into creating and editing images through different programs such as paint.net and at one point video editing which I had used to make content on YouTube which did have some success. While in college I had the opportunity to take a photography class which re-sparked my interest in photography and not long after that I picked up my first DSLR camera. I would photograph everything I could, learning the more intricate methods and tools of a camera and coupling that with graphic design which I had gone to college for. After college I was still experimenting with different types of photography as well as enhancing my skillset with editing photos using Lightroom and Photoshop. It was at one point I wanted to take a step forward with my work and offer my photo expertise to others. From family photos to pets to public events to maternity shoots it has been a really fun journey and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
Setting the Bar High
As a photographer I take pride in getting the best shots of whatever my subject is because what good is a photo if it’s not sharp and the color accuracy is off. As someone who also worked in the customer service industry I also make it a priority to ensure people are provided with high quality service. My goal, as your photographer, is to take the sharpest and most visually accurate photos no matter the situation. It’s your day and you deserve photos that represents you best. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
