Frequently Asked Questions


How do I go about setting up a photo session?

For setting up a photo session, please refer to the “Contact” page. In your email please let me know your name, what type of session you are looking for (company portrait, engagement, maternity, family photoshoot, sporting event, etc) along with the date that you wish to have the photo session take place on.

If you have photo needs that are not listed (ex: Birthdays, Ecommerce, Real Estate, non-profit event, etc) then please reach out to me and I can get you a quote.


How long do photo sessions last?

That would depend on the type of photo session you are looking to book for (for examples please view the ‘Sessions’ section and the details of the session which includes the time frame). However lets say you book a session that is set for 2hrs long, if the time goes over the original agreement there may be a small time fee included (certain exceptions apply such as if a family member running 30 minutes late or weather events).


How long would I have to wait until I receive my photos?

Typically within one week based off the amount of photos taken, the editing process and a buffer for any unexpected life events. Once the editing process is completed you will receive an email/phone call confirming that the photos are ready to be viewed and delivered.


If the weather conditions become Bad can I reschedule the date of the session?

Yes. It’s understandable that weather can change for the worse prior to the day of a photoshoot (a snow storm, downpour of rain, excessive heat, etc)so if you would like to reschedule then please let me know as soon as possible and we can setup a date for a redo of the shoot you have requested.


Will my photos be used/sold for other purposes?

With your permission I would like to share a few photos from the session on my website for my online portfolio as well as my social media pages. Other than that, your photos will never be sold to any other person or any commercial entity.


How will I receive my photos once the session is over?

To ensure that you receive the absolute highest quality photos, they will be presented via two methods. The first method would be a delivered USB flash drive with all of your photos in an easy way to view and to save onto your computer. The second method includes uploading them to Google Drive and then sending a link to you where you can view and download them.

Depending on the session you booked for, you will receive a number of sample photos to view prior to delivery of all your photos. This is done to allow you to have an idea of what your final photos will look like and that we can go over any questions or edit requests you may have.


Payments currently accepted are either cash or bank check. Typically payments are broken up into 2 separate payments with the first being a 20%, non refundable, payment which secures your photoshoot date. The final payment, which is the remaining total left, is due prior to final delivery of your photos.
