Q & A
-
For setting up a photo session, please refer to the “Contact” page. On the contact form please let me know your name, what type of session you are looking for along with any additional details you have and are looking for.
If you have photo needs that are not listed (ex: Ecommerce, Real Estate, non-profit event, etc) then please reach out through the contact form and I can get you a quote.
-
That would depend on the type of photo session and package you are looking to book for (for examples please view the ‘Sessions’ section and the details of the session/package which includes the time frame). Mini sessions can last up to 30 minutes while extended sessions can last 2hrs or more. I know time can go by quickly during a photo session and that your time is valuable which is why I will work with you to ensure we start and finish on time.

Typically within two weeks depending on the amount of photos taken, the editing process and a buffer for any unexpected life events. Once the editing process is completed you will receive an email/text/phone call confirming that the photos are ready to be viewed and delivered.
-
To ensure that you receive the absolute highest quality photos, they will be uploaded to Google Drive and then a link will be emailed to you where you can view and download them. Some sessions also include your photos saved and delivered on a USB thumbdrive.
Depending on the session you booked for, you will receive a number of sample photos to view prior to delivery of all your photos. This is done to allow you to have an idea of what your final photos will look like and that we can go over any questions or edit requests you may have.
-
Yes, but only for certain photo sessions (such as Weddings and larger venue sessions). The contract that applies to that certain session will be sent along with the quote for your photo session. If there is anything within the contract you have questions about please let me know asap.
-
Yes. It’s understandable that weather can change for the worse prior to the day of a photoshoot (a snow storm, downpour of rain, excessive heat, etc)so if you would like to reschedule then please let me know as soon as possible and we can setup a date for a redo of the shoot you have requested.
-
Payments currently accepted are either cash or bank check. (Electronic payments are being looked at to make paying easier for clients).
For sessions such as Weddings payments are broken up into 2 separate payments with the first being a 25%, non refundable, retainer which secures your photoshoot date. The final payment is due after the photoshoot and before delivery of the final edited photos.
-
Fee information is included within the contract that you will receive along with your quote. These fee's cover milage past a certain distance and for the session going over a certain amount of time past the original agreement work time.
-
Yes! With each photo session I do offer the ability to print out one or several different prints of your photos. These sizes include 4×6, 5×7, & 8×10. Unlike getting photos printed from places like Walmart or CVS where your images may be printed out with subpar results (dull colors, lines, etc) with my printer I will ensure that your photo prints have the absolute best results in color and quality.
-
Currently I only offer photo services. However if you do have requests for video I can review your request and send you a quote.
-
Currently I do not include .RAW files in any photo session packages. For certain circumstances (such as weddings, corporate/brand needs or for a schools youth sports session) there may be a possibility of those .RAW files being provided (for a small price).

I use Canon as my go to camera brand and with that I go with camera bodies that have dual memory card slots. This is done so the images are sent to both cards so if ever one card were to fail your images are safe on the additional memory card.
