Yes! Digital Imageries Photography carries professional liability and equipment insurance through the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). I can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request.

Yes there is a contract. The contract that applies to your photo session will be sent along with the quote for your photo session (this will be sent through PayPal and accepting the booking payment will suffice as a written signature). If there is anything within the contract you have questions about please let me know asap.

You can expect to receive your final images via a private online gallery within 2 weeks of your session. In many cases, your photos may be ready sooner, but this timeframe allows for a consistent and reliable turnaround. Within 3–5 days after your session, you may receive a small set of preview images. This gives you an early look at your photos and an opportunity to request any minor adjustments before final delivery.

Once your gallery is complete, your images will be delivered through a private online link via Google Drive, where you can easily view, download, and share your photos. All final images are professionally edited in my signature style and delivered in high resolution, ready for printing.

Payments currently accepted are PayPal and cash.

A 25% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. Your session is not officially reserved until this retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due 24–48 hours prior to your scheduled session. This allows for a smooth, stress-free experience on the day of your shoot. For special limited-time mini sessions, full payment is required at the time of booking due to limited availability and high demand.

Final images will be delivered once full payment has been received.

If weather conditions are not suitable for your session, we will reschedule at no additional cost. I’ll work with you to find the next best available date.

If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. Your retainer can be transferred to a new date based on availability.

Travel is included for locations within the Gloucester County area. Sessions outside of this area may include a travel fee to cover additional time, gas, and tolls. Any travel fees will always be discussed upfront—no surprises.

I do not operate out of a permanent studio space, however I do offer studio-style portraits using professional lighting and backdrop setups. This means that you’ll still be getting that studio look if your photo needs require this look at a location of your choosing or a mutually agreed location.

Not yet, but it's coming soon! I'm currently building out professional printing options through a new online gallery system, with a soft launch planned for mid September/Early October. Once launched, every client will receive a private, password-protected link to their own gallery where you'll be able to browse and order professional prints and enlargements directly, fulfilled through a professional print lab for the best possible color accuracy and quality (a big step up from what you'd typically get from a Walmart or CVS print counter).

Planned print sizes will include options like 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10, with larger enlargements available as well. Stay tuned for updates on this new feature!

Currently I only offer photo services, but there is a possibility of video work that can be included which can be discussed about for custom projects/quotes. As for drones I do not offer drone services.

I do not deliver RAW files. All images are carefully edited to match my style and ensure you receive the highest quality final product.

For certain circumstances (corporate/brand needs or for a schools youth sports session) there may be a possibility of those .RAW files being provided at an additional cost.

I use Canon as my go to camera brand and with that I go with camera bodies that have dual memory card slots. This is done so the images are sent to both cards so if ever one card were to fail your images are safe on the additional memory card.

For lighting I do have several high quality off camera flashes from GODOX as their equipment is very durable and provide very nice lighting for certain styles of photos.
